Job Description: Farmer To Farmer Coffee Project Coordinator (Part-time Position)
Farmer To Farmer (F2F) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to round out our Coffee Project Team. As a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization focused on rural solidarity, our coffee project works directly with small-scale coffee farmers in Honduras. This part-time role is vital to our organization-- the Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our operations while strengthening community connections.
This role will be comprised of roughly 15 hours a week of set operational and administrative duties, with an additional 5 hours of more directed project-based work.

*Coffee knowledge or relevant experience is appreciated, but not required
This is a part-time independent contractor position. There is considerable room for growth & opportunities to highlight your unique skill set.
18-20 hours/week
$20/hour
F2F does not have a central office space. This role is comprised of 85% remote work, and specific working hours are highly flexible. The remaining 15% can work with your schedule, but may include some travel to nearby retail accounts, representing F2F at events, or in-person meetings in Menomonie and the surround areas. All milage is reimbursed at the current federal rate.

Scope of Duties:
Weekly order fulfillment via monitoring of inbox, creation of invoices, communication with roasting partners, coordinating shipments, and issue resolution
Build and strengthen relationships related to sales, vendors, accounts, and membership
Maintain and organize accurate internal logs, records, and documentation, serve as point of contact for organic certification process
Inventory and order supplies as needed
Arrange for quality assessment of incoming green shipments, serve as point of contact for storage facility
Storytelling and education via customer and membership communications and outreach
Monitor accounts receivable, work to get delinquent accounts back on track
Intensive customer service, going the extra mile to help members and customers
Help to plan, coordinate, and execute events, assess impact to determine future allocation of resources
Participate in weekly Coffee Team meetings and monthly reports to our Board of Directors
Short term, project-based work, as agreed upon by coffee team and board
