Our Farmer To Farmer Light Roast uses green coffee beans grown organically in the Honduran Cloud Forest. This a delicious roast with a rich flavor and aroma.
By farming organically, these farmers are actively helping preserve the threatened Cloud Forest of the Comayagua National Forest. They grow a variety of coffee plants, harvest when ripe, rinse and de-pulp, and dry in hoophouses - all at their remote farm locations. They also follow strict separation guidelines to offer us true "nano-lot" coffee, one bag at a time.
